Was It Worth Exhibiting at Interzum 2023 in Cologne? Read Our Report!

As a sewing company specializing in quilted pillows and mattress covers, we recently had the exciting opportunity to exhibit at Interzum 2023 in Cologne, one of the leading international trade fairs for the furniture and interiors industry. Now that the event has come to a close, we wanted to share our experience and answer the burning question: Was it worth exhibiting at Interzum 2023? Read our report 😊

This year, when considering whether to once again organize a booth in Cologne, or perhaps go to it in the form of visitors, we hatched the idea of a slightly different form than before… we organized two trade fair groups and assigned tasks to them.

1. The first group was the service of the trade fair stand, thanks to which we were able to strengthen the image of Bartex Polska Sp. z o.o. on the international market. Here, in the main, our Product Manager – Marcin Skibiński – answered visitors’ questions and discussed the possibilities we offer. Our guests received as a gift the bags with gadgets and delicious fudge  🙂
2. The technical group, headed by production manager Malgorzata Ryglewicz, was looking for inspiration to further develop the technology of our sewing room. Manufacturers of specialized machinery had quite a challenge, they got very inquisitive visitors 😉.

The Perfect Platform for Showcasing our Products:

Interzum 2023 provided us with an exceptional platform to showcase our our possibilities in sewing service quilted pillows and mattress covers to a highly targeted audience. With our carefully designed booth and engaging displays, we were able to capture the attention of attendees and effectively communicate the uniqueness and quality of our offerings.

Evaluating the Outcomes:

In retrospect, was it worth exhibiting at Interzum 2023? The answer is a resounding yes! Our participation resulted in tangible benefits for our sewing company. We generated a significant number of leads, expanded our professional network, and received positive feedback on our products. The exposure gained from the event has already translated into increased brand recognition and subsequent sales. Moreover, the knowledge gained and relationships established will continue to contribute to our long-term growth and success. In addition, we have found space to showcase our second business sector – pet beds of our Wikopet brand!

A few weeks after the end of the fair, the rest of the team listened to the lecture “Presentation of technical solutions from the INTERZUM 2023 fair” where Wladek and Pawel – our machine specialists – presented the inspirations they found, which we can implement in our sewing company in the near future to raise sewing services to an even higher level.

Conclusion:

The Interzum 2023 trade fair in Cologne proved to be a very rewarding experience for our company specializing in sewing services for quilted pillows and mattress covers. The fair provided us with a unique platform to showcase our capabilities, network with industry professionals and refresh our knowledge of the latest trends. Participation in the fair is our celebration 😊 We are looking forward to the next one and are slowly starting our preparations to Heimtextil 2024 fair! See you in frankfurt in January! 🙂
