We carry out quality control at every stage of production and have a complete ERP class system for managing the company and supporting business decisions, thanks to which we have full control over our production, its capabilities and resources.

Quilting Lines

These are the most modern solutions for quilting services that enable us to carry out any, even the most unusual order. We have two automated Mammut VMK lines with an MPS cutting line with a capacity of 6 thousand m/day.

High standard
with an individual approach

We carry out standard orders, but thanks to innovative production lines, we also adapt to the expectations of individual customers, ensuring a high-quality product. We cooperate with local suppliers of raw materials, organizing semi-components, such as: wadding / insulation, interlining, zippers, etc.

We sew traditionally
and on modern production lines

We use excellent quality DURKOP ADLER machines and automatic machines for sewing and folding by TEXPA with overlocks and JUKA lockstitch machines, as well as – inflatable tables for sewing standing mattresses with overlocks by PEGASUS.

For homes, hotels,
restaurants

We specialize in sewing home and hotel textiles: bedding, pillows, tablecloths, mattress covers, toppers, pillows and quilts, mattress pads, garden articles (swing covers, pallet cushions, pillows, tablecloths).

Cutting fabrics
without limits

We use automated lines for cutting fabrics, we offer the possibility of cutting rolls to size. In our company, there are two automatic VectorFurniture Q25 lines by LECTRA, synchronized with Brio spreaders that allow for stress-free spreading. The effective width of the cutting area is 182 cm. We also have a BULLMER spreading machine for cutting fabrics from rolls and pallets with a maximum width of 320 cm.

Filling toys
and pillows

We offer sewing and filling or just filling toys and pillows in any quantity with the possibility of closing, as well as making inserts combined with ultrasound technology. You can use all services or choose the ones you need.

For the environmentally
conscious

We also provide full-fledged 100% recycled filling, which we produce in our company from unused materials. Ask our sales advisor about them.
